Dear Santa...

Dear Santa,

This year I've been busy!

In July I had a shoot-out with rival gang lords on the 5 near LA (-76 points). Last week I helped [livejournal.com profile] velithya hide a body (-173 points). Last Thursday I saved a busload of nuns in Angola (326 points). In August I gave [livejournal.com profile] kaitou1412 a kidney (1000 points). Last Monday I bought porn for [livejournal.com profile] thorne_scratch (-10 points).

Overall, I've been nice (1067 points). For Christmas I deserve a shiny red ball!

Sincerely,
windlion

Personally, I think hiding dead bodies for friends is a positive thing!
However, we are dubious about the pr0n. While gift giving should be positive, it could either be a good thing or a bad thing for the world. This is /Thorne/ we're talking about. Just think about it- Christmas porn. On one hand, you could have Sephiroth in a santa hat and nothing else. On the other, you get Dobby/Gollum in striped tights in Santa's Workshop.
I rest my case.

Yeah, I think it depends on the type of porn. But overall, I think you should totally get points!

I mean, it's probably naughty of me to make you buy the pornw when you're younger. I started buying porn for myself freshman year; you'd think I'd have stepped up to the responsibility by now.

I do not know where the hell I put your email, so I'm just writing to you from your comments and hopefully you'll get this.

I'm currently sitting on the futon bed using Ann's computer and have come up with two things.

1 - we really need to finalise the family tree system of heraldry, because it would make explaining the characters to everyone else so much easier.

2 - I needed to draw a hanbok, and so one of Rat's daughters showed up. We have no idea about her, she's just there and she's getting artwork.

XD Bwee! You live!
Dude, if you ever forget the netscape account (Iocire. Spam at will.) you have two other options for spamming- my uconn.edu one, which is OH so imaginative to figure out, or the gmail one my sibling is trying to harass me to use more often. It's the same as my AIM, so no difficulties remembering that one.
Please do e-mail, it's not like I'm doing all that much over here. :P Except for when the siblings keep stealing my computer. Annoying, that.
Family tree heraldry probably gets v. messy, you know. I'm reminded of the fact that my clan heraldry is divided into four quarters with a separate family crest in each, with possibly more family lines represented in each. It's . . . busy.
Father got the first season of Lost on DVD for Christmas. I may regretably rather like the show. (Dude. GOLF. XD "Rich people pay lots of money to go whack balls on tropical islands all the time!") I have such love for Captain Falafel. (Not his actual name, but with a nickname like that, who cares?)
Also, my friend got me Resident Evil 4 for my PS2. I am totally making her play to get me god mode, so I can go back through and slay zombies later when I'm all nice and invincible. I completely blame her for my brain spinning a nice, long complicated plot for a postgame Luis/Leon fic. I may make her write it to make us even.
Rat chibi art? RAT CHIBI ART. Tiny snakes are love. Is she a snakechick or a cat-bishoujo? With Yin around, genetics are questionable.
I am babbling! I shut up now. *GLOMP* Enjoy yourself at the den of the rare, endangered Executive Fangirls. Ja!

. . . Trying to figure out emails makes me nervous, you have no idea.

DUDE! DUDE! LOST!!! LOOOOOST!!!!

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOST!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited you love Sayid, being that Sayid is my absolute favorite character, though I do have a love on for pretty much everyone else. Sawyer is also awsome. For a while there my sister and I were scoring him on points for the most offensively amusing email he could possibly come up with for Sayid, but Captain Falafel is admittedly the finest.

The Ratchibi is actually more in the semi-chibi phase because Rat's already been subjected to the dol treatment so I wanted to do a more mature outfit. And she's a snakebishou, I think they all are. Snakepits, dontchaknow.

I've also got Ailien on paper as a maiko, but I'm not sure what to do about her dragony bits. Does she have tiny white wings and a tail thing or no?

I will show you my ideas for the family crests when I get back. RE wasn't one of my fandoms but I sure am easy to indoctrinate.

Meanwhile in my head Martiya has taken up cooking and is now pr0ning food on Phantom. Crowshoujo still wants a name, and seems to be hitching a ride around the Multiverse with one of the dragons, though I'm not sure which one. There's a current idea floating around that 'Winterleaf' isn't so much the bastard name as the secondary line to the 'Winterstar' line. Anyone in it is officially not in line for the throne but still considered part of the clan.

I have decided to buy entirely manga with my booktokens. Two volumes of DNAngel and three of Sukoiden III, me thinks.

(BLARGH. Had a nice, long post, then Cicero ate it. Don't know what in hell was going on, but it wasn't good.)
Having identity issues much? XD
I haven't seen all of the first season, in part because father watches it while I'm doing something else, and I have little tolerance for the human drama bits. So Sawyer is the asshole? I see!
Dragonchibis! Snakechibis are snakes, I suppose. Ailinn, if she's like her father, will have the choice if she wants to show her dragon or no. Enda usually doesn't, but if Ailinn so desires to, I could see her with some white, translucent-irridescent wings and a delicate whippy tail. . . possibly with a slender blade or a fantail at the end?
Mmm, family crests. I can't remember what our original idea for them was. The Winterleaf being a secondary line might make sense, but they're not nearly as common as the Winterstars. . . provided you don't have a particularily promiscuous Winterstar seeding byblows everywhere.
As for feeding Phantom, if you know what he'll eat, he's easy to feed. XD On the other hand, he /is/ picky about quality. Phantom is casually a sensualist with expensive tastes. He doesn't even think about it, unless he's playing a role, but at home, he's all fine woods, smooth silks, and gourmet food. We may blame his elven royal upbringing.
We approve of spending moneys on manga! I have recently brought myself up to date on DNAngel and Hanakimi. Hanakimi is love.
I have had Jade in my head. More specifically, Jade and the circus types who love him! This eventually comes to include Rashad. They are relating amusing anecdotes about how Jade was terrible at tumbling and acrobatics when he started. No matter how much training he's had from Sylang at how to fight without his wings and tail, there are still ingrained instincts he has to master that prevent him from rolling on his tail and wings. That means somersaulting is basically impossible for him at the beginning. To conquer it he probably has to actually physically drop the wings and tail with a transformation spell. And despite his misgivings and pride, he would do it because he has an even bigger drive to succeed. Sun would be shocked, but he's the one providing the spell, and he's more than tempted to try it himself for ease in the trees. How Rashad adjusts to the circus has yet to be seen.
Bwa. Update me on the if when of any road trip, yes? Yeeees? *GLOMP* Enjoy yourself!

There shall be no roadtriping, I fear. We are like cats to the herding, and are frankly having trouble getting dressed to go to lunch. >.<

Delicate whipy fantail it is!

See, I can see the Winterleafs as being pretty common because they'd just be removing people from the main line of succession all the time. 'No offense, but Avalon just doesn't like you'.

. . . I'm not sure what sort of cooking Martiya would do. He likes gadgets, though, and Twig's obsession with cooking utensils and being dragged over Boston looking for a skillet is what started this. Martiya has a very, very well-stocked kitchen. He can also follow a recipe and he has a delicate touch, so he might be pretty good. We can't see him as being that creative though.

Sun trying to somersault and then falling out of the trees is a highly amusing image.

. . . How did Rashad fall in to the circus life anyway? Is he just there at Jade's very impressive-looking ringmaster?

Autumn's warrior lady is wandering around, being all badass. We're not sure why, but she's just saying that there needs to be more representation from a non-Sytruii school. . .

What species is Rashad anyway?

I will be home by tomorrow afternoon. If you haven't been on Gaia lately, just to let you know that there's an event that I think is starting around 9pm our time.

Awww, bugger. >_< I WILL feed you to ponies, it is merely a matter of time. Also, I have foo to throw at Luny and Twigs (and cats). Smaaaaaaaaall foo, but it will necessitate a shipping, or possibly flagging Lunar down sometime while I'm at UConn and just off her beaten path.

Hrm. See, I don't know if it would happen like that? Figuring out who Avalon likes and doesn't like isn't always easy. On the other hand, one of the usual indicators is "Are you an extremely overpowered mage? Avalon's got it ON for you." To inherit the throne, you usually have to have a pretty good connection to magic - but it's not always a 100% foolproof. There's also the Ish test. By this point, Avalon must like her homegrown shiny artifact, or he'd be out of a job by now.

*snerk* That would figure. Martiya likes the tools, and if it beats an egg instead of drilling more holes more rapidly than you could ever need, well, he doesn't distinguish. Someone needs to get the boy some elven recipes.

XD Sun insists he doesn't do acrobatics- but he does, oh he does. Heaven forbid his sibling get that much better than him at something. They do have oldfashioned sibling rivalry going on at times.

Rashad falls into the circus because he follows Jade. He ends up trailing after him going "I know I'm going to regret this, but I'd regret letting the chibi go unprotected even more." Once he's /there/, however, he gets dragged in by everyone going "You're a good looking fellow with incredible balance and reflexes. We can so use you." As a second tier fighter, he could probably hold down an act even if it was just performing katas, but he 's trying not to let that fact out.

*Grin* Rashad would like to join her in being a non-Sytruii school. At any rate, from being formerly on the Fate side of things, he certainly didn't get Sylang education, and Poriase didn't really make an effort to train anyone that wasn't in his personal army with his ways. As for species. . . that's a very good question. He's been tromping around looking mostly human, but as usual, we imagine he isn't, quite, that normal.

Can you think of any avenues we haven't gone down yet? Ifrit might be interesting. (Except, we imagine Rashad is a bit more laidback than say, Homunculus.)

Ooh. I have been on Gaia, dutifully carolling and being bored out of my mind. Am about to get the last box of items, then I'll work on getting an extra set for you. >_< Most of the jolly items are pretty worthless, and I wouldn't mind parting with them for you, but the last item you get is the reindeer slippers. . . And those simply must be had. I'm not bothering with carolling in towns, as apparently you have to hit a shitload of houses for one item, and there is the sticky glitch.
The neurotic weasels will undoubtedly record the details for you, and Lion is tromping about in his Masque. Unfortunately, we'd prefer he get hit on by Gino instead of Sasha and her irregular forehead. Part of my brain is wondering if the admins will somehow manage to make the Masque Liam in a wig, as that would rock.

*GLOMP* Enjoy your last day or two in New England, then! It is a pity we haven't had any snow yet >_< and that all the snow melted in the rain. New England weather is more schitzophrenic than Old England. Or perhaps it's chillier up by Boston? *grin* It will make you more appreciative when you go back to Florida. Keep thinking that way.

*HUG* I shall go forth and eat and drink tea. You will be pleased to know I got a box of Twining's Gunpowder Green Tea (apparently my local grocery store imports a variety of Twining's goodies. Go figure?), and have been drinking it with a minimum of sugar. You can rail at me later. XD JA!

And lo, the muses are in my head. A few things:

1) Brain pondered why in hell there is always that division between magic and "sex magick." Do note the k. Brain then went "Who in the core would do sex magick but the incubi?" . . . and from there it followed that, Hey, wouldn't Jed and Len be kicking ass at that? Ergo, Len and all his chibis have two specialties: death and sex. -_-; This creeps people out until they are whacked over the head by half-incubi going "The two are mutually exclusive! Because I don't want to get it on with a zombie, would you?"

2) Martiya is going to be so pissed. I think Avalon just adopted Ish. As in, made him her artifact du jour, became his Matron, picked him up like a Queen handpicking someone as her Guard, etc. She's superseding his fixation on the First Emperor by going "Serve me. You've outgrown the Empire." It's very "Boot To Da Head! Get over him already!" followed by "Hugs and cookies, you're an adorable chibi. *pat on head* Go be useful for me, chibi."

In my head, she's coming across as a more matronly Galadriel type. This does nothing to affect the fact she's manifested both as an elven lady and a massive lion(ess?) with wings in my brain. Either way, I get lovely mental images of this elder elven lady, glowing bright, with the fire-bright Ish kneeling before her with his sword-form held in his palms before him. She pats Ish on the head and gives him cookies, upgrades, then sends him out to help her current favorites that are in over their heads. If/when this happens, it's when Sun's brought Ish back to Avalon, but the Empire is ignoring him and doing reasonably well without him. Ergo, Avalon picks him up, then goes "There's a nice boy over there trying to build an empire. Give him a hand and detangle his feathers from that snare, will you? There's a dear." Ish feels so betrayed. XD Perhaps Martiya won't be so upset after all.

3) Stereophonic's "Devil Angel" makes me think of Jade. He is trying to take over part of my brain. This also segues into thoughts of U2's "Angel or Devil". . . and we start kicking him. "Just because you can mindfuck everyone and LOOK like a particularily hellish angel, this doesn't mean you get to lay claim to all that religious symbolic dichotomy." . . . Though that'd be an interesting demi power. *cough*

4) Reindeer slippers have been obtained. Am working on your set now, but I think other guildies have been more diligent. -_-; Lion currently looks like a suave vigilante. . . with a marshmellow sidekick. All he needs is a hat to tip and a "Howdy, marsh-fellow."

I shut up now and go carolling. Really. -_-;
